The best time to spank a naughty woman, is as soon as possible, after she has erred. Stand her in the corner with her dress waist high, and her bloomers down around her ankles for humilation purposes, before and after she is corporal punished. Then punish her on that bare bottom of hers with a pliable stinging cane. Six or more of the best strokes, will be a perfect.

  I agree, but I’d prefer to wait until a crowd of 100 people or so has gathered, rain or shine, and then TEAR her dress off.

Yes, by all means have witnessess to her punishment because humiliation plays a very important part of any corporal punishment given to a naughty woman.
